The room was beautifully decorated and felt very cozy and inviting. The bed was comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants.
The service fell short of expectations for a 4-5 star hotel. Room cleaning was inconsistent and there seemed to be a lack of organization in tracking which rooms had already been cleaned.

the room facilities were exclusive and fulfilled all our needs. the in-room breakfast was an excellent touch, and the special diet menus offered were a great advantage. the bar and lounge area provided an intimate setting to relax with exclusive amenities. the private facilities were a pleasant surprise.
The location was not the greatest advantage. It was a bit far from the main tourist attractions.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area, with numerous fabulous restaurants just a short walk away. It is conveniently close to the train station and offers easy access to public transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with stylish decor and interesting artwork. The bathrooms may not come with toiletries, so it's best to come prepared. The staff, although young and cool, could improve their service. The lobby bar is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon/evening drinks. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the vibrant Surry Hills neighborhood.
The hotel charges an extra fee for pets and the closest area for a pet toilet break is a two-block walk away.

Lovely, new room with comfy bed. Convenient takeaway coffee downstairs. Central location near work conference. Friendly staff and great atmosphere at rooftop restaurant. Vibrant retro design with New York loft vibes. Close to CBD, Paddington and Surry Hills.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The bar served delicious cocktails, and I loved that they allowed furry companions. The room had a record player with a great selection to choose from, a unique touch. The hotel was located in a great area, with parking close by and plenty of fantastic bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The train station was also conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city and even get to the airport in just a few stops.
